About us

The practice was established in 2006 to offer a range of therapies to the Sheffield Community. It is our aim to provide holistic care in a professional, safe, and friendly environment.
The three directors each have over 12 years experience in their particular field. All of our practitioners are experienced, have recognised qualifications, are members of their relevant professional bodies and are fully insured.

Choosing a therapy
If you are unsure which treatment will help you best then please feel free to phone - we will be glad to discuss your requirements and advise you. It is also possible to arrange a free ten-minute chat with some practitioners to help you decide whether to book a full-length appointment.
Please note that a GP referral is not required, although with your consent we may liaise with your GP if we feel there is any cause for concern.

We currently offer;
Acupuncture, Counselling, Hakomi, Herbal Medicine, Homoeopathy, Integral Therapy, Massage and Baby Massage, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy and Reflexology.

Cost
Please ring for details of all practitioners' current charges. As a non-profit making organisation we may be in a position to give subsidised treatments to those unable to pay full fees. Please speak to one of the directors for details of our policy.
Some of the therapies are recognised by health insurance companies including BUPA, Westfield and HSA.

We offer gift vouchers for individual therapies or therapists, ideal as presents.

Access
There is level access to the building, and every effort has been made to conform to current disability legislation, however it would be helpful if you could inform us prior to your visit if you have any special requirements.
